My experience was going great until it wasn't. I haven't met any of the doctors so this review has nothing to do with any of them. My 4 yr old was given a referral for a sleep study due to ongoing ear infections and swollen tonsils. I have never done a sleep study myself so I wasn't sure what to expect, and it was my son's first one. My husband has had a sleep study before and he hated it, so his input was not very helpful. Wow I've always had them at a five star rating. The doctors great that my boys see. The staff is sometimes hard to understand especially on the phone but I've always overlooked that until today. When on the call for a good amount of time and still had not gotten anywhere, she says "you speak Spanish?" Ugh no but my husband does, I'll add him to the call. What a mess. Treated horribly by the front dest as was the woman before me. I walked out of my child’s first appointment as she told me to leave if I would not pay them a $10 copay. We have met the out of pocket for the year (I work in health insurance) she told me and the person before me that even though we don’t have a copay, they have one so we have to pay it. She paid, I didn’t. They also violated HIPPA the entire time I was there. Aloud asking first and last names with everyone listening, address, date of birth. It went on and on. ... read more
