Have been waiting literally months to get chest xray results for my 1 year old. Show up to our appt TODAY that I confirmed over the phone this morning at 8:35 am. Our drive is 1 hour one way, for this appt with 2 toddlers. No one there ? No one answers the phone now. Again have wasted time off work , and a whole Friday afternoon. They told my primary doctor 'they called and left a message that they are closed' no they didn't
I'm being generous with a 3. This is only because the technician that actually had any contact with my son for his sleep study was amazing. He I would give a 5. However we had to leave our sleep study after 2 hours. I had a 4yo with sensory issues that could not handle it. Since then I have received 3 calls in just 2 days telling me they need to "reschedule our missed appointment". Everyone is super nice very clean office. The night tech Nick is super nice very kid friendly my daughter was so nervous to have the sleep study but he was real cool and that helped chill her out.
