Visited. Mrs. Abby at the Covington office. Sheas very kind and helpful. My concern is my child’s deficiencies and she ordered blood work to see if she is still deficient or may have other issues. She listens to a concern and addresses that concern. Can’t ask for better. Mrs. Abby is the best!

The receptionist lamiya is very kind and polite. I feel like no one has taken my concerns seriously since Dr. Morgan stepped back. The constant being brushed off or misdiagnosis is honestly exhausting. My child could sat her throat hurts and will be diagnosed with pinworms apparently everything is pinworms. Mind you she’s never had pinworms. Each stomach ache must be constipation. Took her to the ER for her pain to find out she has a UTI and no stool in her body. I love the Doctors and everyone that works there. They have been nothing but nice to both my kids and I. I love that when I bring both my boys 12 and 10 they listen to what they have to say about how they are feeling, they don't ignore or rush them.
