If I could give it a 0 I would a million times. A 1 is too nice… Anyways, last night I took my son in and was met with only 3 families there when we arrived. Check in and registration process are never the problem. The problem is they don’t communicate to you how long the wait is. They would much rather take you in than to have you go somewhere else where you’ll be prioritized. It’s ridiculous as an ED for CHILDREN there’s never any sense of urgency for them. this place is a joke bad service always making you wait so long, once you get into a room you have to wait another our for someone to come and doctors will even forget you’re there. i overheard one of say “oh crap, is she okay?” that was to me by the way, i wouldn’t recommend coming to this hospital this will the the last time i come here.
These hospital just have you waiting for nothing!!!! I been here since 9pm! We finally get put in a room a 2am just to still be waiting at 3am I have 5 other children to get back to one only being 2months old!!!! And have to go to work get kids ready etc!!!! Hospital are changing for the worse

been waiting with our 2 month old for almost 5 hours now. had a fever over 101 and the triage nurses told us to come here immediately. we are still waiting to be seen. staff isn’t friendly. the triage nurse put our babies diaper back on incorrectly so she got covered in pee. one woman with a 1 month old said she’s been waiting for 6 hours. absolutely unacceptable.
