I went with my daughter to Children's Hospital in St. Paul, MN today. My 5 year old grandson had minor surgery. I can not say enough "Good" about our experience. From checking in at the "Welcome Center" to the Amazing staff at the Children's Surgery unit, they gave us peace of mind. I was so impressed at how they explained to a 5 year old, through video and images, dressing his stuffed animal up for surgery just like him, the patients they all had, being at eye level with him, and answering all of his questions, treating him... read more
Horrible. just today, my sister got a shot. Some nurses were kind. But this guy who gave my lil sis a shot, he was damn careless. He was very emotionless while doing the job, while other people are comforting the kids when they do that, he just put in the bare minimum and left it to my mom to try and do it. It was like he didnt even care about my little sister at all. Came in after calling and being told they could recommend treatment for severe anxiety and OCD. Waited 3 hours just to be told there was nothing they could do and maybe I should try calming down more.
