We arrive 10 minutes early and are in and out in under 1 hour. The staff was amazing. Kids feel much better. Highly recommended.
I would leave no stars if I could. 3 hours and 15 minutes is what we waited for them to see my son. And then preceded to send his prescription to a pharmacy, CVS (right down the street) that closes at 6. They took forever to bring my the discharge papers, waited 30 minutes for the papers. Now, you know they knew that pharmacy closes at 6 and making g me wait until 5:50 to leave is just wild. I highly highly highly DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!
Everyone was amazing!! Got in and out in about 2.5 hours with our baby girl feeling so much better!! Would definitely recommend!!
Of course, on this particular day, I tried to take my daughter in for dehydration per her surgeon’s instructions after a tonsillectomy to receive fluids, I had to wait in an hour and a half in line just to get to the front window to be told they don’t do anything with IVs and to go to the nearest ER. Unluckily that is LeConte and we waited over an hour in the waiting room to be called to triage for the doctor to come peek at her and say she didn’t need fluids after her surgeon said she did hours before.
