My husband and I took our 1 year old to this walk in yesterday after she busted her nose on our window sill. We drove from Rutledge to Sevierville to avoid having to go to Knoxville and going to the emergency room. There wasn’t one soul inside this clinic. As soon as the staff saw my daughter’s nose they decided they didn’t want to treat her. They went and got a nurse and that sent us away. They told us that there was no point in the doctor even looking at it because she would need to be sedated and have stitches. In the nur... read more

We had to have our grandson's ears checked while we were on spring break with the grandkids it was late but they were so friendly and helpful thank you all so very much
We were visiting family. My daughter had an asthma flare up, and they recommended we come here. As a healthcare professional, I can tell you they did a phenomenal job. Everyone was caring and kind. Our visit took about an hour and a half for check in, xray, breathing treatment. I’m very grateful for the care they provided!
