Long story short - we are here on vacation & had a little mishap while boating. Went here and I KNEW I didn’t feel confident with the NP’s recommendation for us to go to Knoxville. She struggled and induced panic in my daughter. I asked for a second opinion. We came clear to Knoxville to the ER & as soon as the doctor came in he said no need for the scan they sent us there for & also that he would have never done x-rays to begin with. Had a great experience here after an accident where my son needed 5 stitches. PA Arianna and Nurse Kimberly treated my son so respectfully and special. The wait was less than 5 minutes. We were in and out of the office in an hour. Thank you again!

Should have sign in sheet out by 330. People fight over, sign in sheet. Some people have been sitting in waiting room for 30mins. People come in and jumps line. I've seen people arguing over waiting in line. Because they've jumped line when others have been waiting for 30 minutes or longer
Do not waste your time going here. This place is a joke. Make the drive to Children’s in Knoxville. Worst place I have ever taken my child. Also, I want to add this was my second time going there. The first time I got there at a little before 9:00 and they close at 11 and they refused to see my son who had fallen and cut his eye because they said the provider was already too backed up. This place is despicable.
