I tried to take my son to be checked out and it says they close at 11 I got there at 10:17 the doors were locked and the lights were off but there was nurses in the back so I made a trip down there just to have to turn around and take my sick child back home until tomorrow I’m super disappointed! This is the first time I’ve ever had this happen
We saw Catherine Nicholson and she was so personable, thorough and informative. As a mom to a sick baby, I thought she was a great provider to see!
So very sweet and great with my child. The provider and nurses are very understanding and personable. They try and get you out as fast as possible. Always make you feel welcomed.
Took my child to be examined on Sunday. To find 30 people standing outside in a line. I waited a good 30 minutes just before walking in cause the line never moved to be checked in. 1 receptionist. We were there 5hrs to be seen for an ear infection! Once in a room room 45 minutes for a doctor to come in take 3 minutes to check him!
