So very sweet and great with my child. The provider and nurses are very understanding and personable. They try and get you out as fast as possible. Always make you feel welcomed.
Took my child to be examined on Sunday. To find 30 people standing outside in a line. I waited a good 30 minutes just before walking in cause the line never moved to be checked in. 1 receptionist. We were there 5hrs to be seen for an ear infection! Once in a room room 45 minutes for a doctor to come in take 3 minutes to check him! They are amazing I always take my children here and we never have had bad experience
The last 2 times I've had to visit this clinic, i have been extremely aggravated with the people who work the front desk. they do not care about the patients walking in and just act like everything is OK. Tonight, i walked in, and the front desk lady was stuffing her face with fast food and was talking on her personal cell phone and had me wait for her to finish before agnologing us.
