I am very upset with the lack of care I received at this facility. I went in because my 21mo old had a cut on his ear. They told me I needed to go straight to the ER because he would need sedation and stitches— without looking at it! When I asked if they would just look at it they told me no- they aren’t a triage facility. I go to the ER- my child needed BUTTERFLY STRIPS!!! I could have done this at home. I know I can’t get my time back but I expect to get reimbursed for the cost of an ER visit.
The Dr and staff were wonderful with our 2 year old. Very thorough and caring with her. We actually have to go when they open tomorrow, sick again 😔
