My daughter had an accident and had a cut on her head and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! They were phenomenal got us in & stitched her up within 45 mins and we were on our way back home . So kind & would recommend Becca Greenbaum every time . All the staff was amazing. Something that should have been very scary was very relaxing for my daughter she said she didn’t feel a thing .
If you have a child with special needs go somewhere else.
I took my daughter to this clinic one night here a week ago she got stung by fire ants and she's really allergic to him and her feet were kind of swelled and blistered but the doctor was like really it's not swelled up enough to give her steroids for it maybe two days later I had to go take her a different clinic got a second opinion and find out she had infection on her legs they were blistered where she had got stung by the fire ants they didn't give her no cream this makes his second time maybe the third time I took her t... read more
We’ve been to multiple locations, but always come back to Alcoa. We waited maybe 5 minutes to be seen, they were so kind to us and listened to my concerns. They were absolutely great with my sick little one too.
