I can't say enough good things about this place! I had a bad experience at another hospital (the usual hospital of choice, despite the 1.5hr drive) and I was desperate for someone to help my baby! So happy I trusted my gut to pull him and take him here. They were all a huge help instantly (I waited 2 minutes before we were called into a ROOM, not a hallway bed) and they were so great at getting my son the care he needed! My son needed an ultrasound and labs when we came into the ER in the middle of the night. Apparently there is no overnight ultrasound or labs at this “emergency room” which is absolutely crazy. I had to leave and drive him to the ER at Corewell Royal Oak for actual proper care. Do not go here.
