My brother, Joseph, died on August 11, 2026, at only 15 years old. I gave 2 stars because the experience with the tall guy taking vitals was excellent, and the resident 's bed side manner was good as well, the pediatrician was professional, no bedside manner at all and neglected to tell us that she isn't enrolled in the medicaid program, we had to find out before we left, but when we left, the front desk thought it pertinent to let me my husband and my 6 year old son know how she is sick of bluey, after my son was excited to see him on the TV, and blurted out his name. This is my experience at CHNO. I love it. Today I had to get knocked out for surgery, and *ALL* the staff I interacted with was amazing. They explained everything, and were really nice. I extremely recommend it to everyone who can make it. The 5 years of Louisiana's best children's hospital is extremely well deserved. Please keep up the amazing work.
