We brought our two-year-old son to this urgent care for an ear infection and fever after making an appointment by phone, but despite having a scheduled time, we waited two full hours to be seen. We didn’t leave until almost midnight, and my child was in so much pain that he fell asleep crying in our arms. We have never experienced such long delays at other urgent care centers, especially with an appointment, and we only came here because our usual place was closed. Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing experience.

I like taking my kids to this urgent care because I can schedule an appointment and they can be seen relatively quickly. The doctors are also generally polite and helpful. However, I wish they were more thorough in making sure they submit prescriptions in a timely manner. It has now happened twice where my child is supposed to take a medication later that day in the evening, but the prescription was not submitted. I like bringing my daughter here instead of going to the E.R … they’re the same Drs that are at the hospital so they are very knowledgeable…… small wait and very attentive so far I’ve come here since my toddler was a newborn

The CHLA staff are great Excellent doctors !!! We’re 30 minutes late and they still allowed us to keep the appointment hooray

A nice & quiet facility with friendly staff. Dr. Hall is super patient. She listens to all our questions & concerns and answers them all. The best of all is that it opens 7 days a week ❤️
