After calling this office to reschedule an appointment for my daughter I was met with an extremely rude, unhelpful and unwelcoming scheduling experience with employee named "Alicia". If it were not for my amazing audiologist I would not be calling back to make an appointment, the second time around I got Pam and she was amazing, super helpful and got us taken care of. As for Alicia the company needs to rethink who they have up front and on the call for scheduling at a CHILDRENS clinic.
I can not express or put into words how grateful I am for Dr.Allen! He is the absolute best and I trust the care of my son in his hands 100%. He doesn't just help with my sons ENT needs but helps me with his care as a whole. He is absolutely amazing and cares so much for his kids my son even enjoys going to see him. We see alot of doctors so to me that means so very very much. Thank you again for everything you have done for my beautiful boy!
I was disheartened to witness the condition of the hospital during my recent visit. While I fully understand the need for safety measures and precautions, the overall environment left much to be desired. The reception staff member I encountered was somewhat cynical, and I found the cleanliness of the facility to be concerning. They don't even have a waiting area. They made us wait outside. Do not come here. We had a procedure scheduled that was simple. We waited in the office room for an hour and then were told we wont be getting this procedure done. This office is 1 hour away from where I live. This was a huge waste of my time which is valuable when you have 2 kids under 2. This could have been said to me via phone call the morning of rather than having me waste 4 hours of my time. You will want to go to a different ENT Doctor. There are better and more competent offices and surgeons elsewhere.
