Dr. Meagan Ladell is a racist incompetent doctor, I brought my daughter into the ER for allergy concerns: wheezing, breathing difficulties, and pain affecting her feeding/sleeping. My baby has been unable to sleep for days on end due to severe reflux pain and will stay awake for 8+ hours straight and the doctor called it “colic” when she is suspected of a milk protein allergy from her pediatrician. My son was seen here for a broken elbow. Our orthopedic surgeon and nurses were incredible. They were kind, patient and you could tell they’re truly love their jobs. My kids have had multiple stays at Childrens for various things and we have always been very impressed with how well they care for them.

While I wish they would have more peds ERs around Southeastern Wisconsin seeing how this one was an hour away from us, I am happy with the care for my 1 yr old. My kids get croup quite frequently so I know the only way for them to breathe better is to get dexamethasone. We went in, they heard my daughter and almost immediately took us back. They took wonderful care of her and made me feel comfortable with everything they planned for us. I was happy with how quick the process was. Worst place ever for kids Dr Brianna Statz was so rude about my son getting his cast wet and she was so rough and rushing threw changing it not giving a care in the world that it was hurting my son who mind you had surgery two weeks ago. She was very unprofessional unfortunately

I came in with my cousin and her son and daughter around 10:15 pm because her son fell and cut his forehead open. We were out of state and here for a funeral so it was quite stressful. Found parking quickly, the nurse that checked us in was friendly and empathetic, the one that took us in to get him bandaged and some numbing cream was also super sweet and helpful.
