My 11 year old son was diagnosed with Tourette's Syndrom, OCD, Anxiety on 09/12/2017 . Dr. Deputy very knowledgeable and answered every querstion that my son or myself had. I am so gratefu that his first course of action was not the pharmacutical route! He recommended CBIT therapy, and a therapist to help with the OCD & Anxiety. So far so good!!! I would recommend Dr. Deputy to family or friends!
I felt rushed, and like my son's issues were dismissed and blamed on ADD. He constanlty looked at his watch and said he didn't know how he was going to see 7 patients in 3 hours. He was disconnected and I left more confused then I was when I got there. No bedside manner and no compassion. He does not know how to speak to parents or to listen. He was rude and in a hurry.
He was very nice to all of us and explained everything in detail.
Rude, awful bedside manner, and interrupted me the entire time. He managed to insult three other specialist/physicians/his own colleagues. Traveled 137 miles! He did not address my child's issues. No testing/explanation of sudden/reoccurring migraines .Waste of time/gas/$. Do not Recommend!
Dr. Deputy was very rude and condescending. My son's psychiatrist was concerned about his recent decline in cognitive functioning. He wanted to rule out any organic reason. Dr. Deputy monologued about the importance of exercise (random). He did not order an MRI and did not believe me (and the other professionals apparently) that my son was having the problems that he was having. Waste of time. Have to go to another neurologist as per psychiatrist who needs to see an MRI of my son's brain.
