Waited forever in the waiting room!
THE worst ever experience in this place! If you don’t HAVE to come, don’t! We were sent here to be seen by a specialist with a transfer… waited for SIX HOURS IN THE WAITING ROOM. Together with many others. SIX hours! The waiting room is the most depressing children’s waiting room I’ve ever seen. Once we got in, the doctor and nurses were very nice except I did not like the fact that they talked to our 10 year old as if she was there by herself and we weren’t present in the room. They saw my daughter within an hour of us getting there. Doctors were quick to evaluate and get tests/ scans done. Super grateful for them as this was a very scary night for us. We were there for about four hours total which I feel was completely reasonable for everything they did for us. Thank you so much to the doctors and the kind nurses! The building is also very nice and kept up with.
One of the worse emergency rooms ever I'm 16 years old and they told me not to come back
We brought our daughter into the ER hoping we could get some more answers than what our little hometown hospital can provide. We left with no answers and felt like our concerns were completely dismissed. I understand the place is busy, but the attendee couldn’t care less about the concerns we had about our daughter. The rooms and facilities look run down and dirty. I was very hopeful for our visit and left there extremely disappointed.
