God forbid you are a parent AND have a job. They also don't understand the malfunctions in their own automated prompt systems, nor do they work to improve said systems. I'm not sure what type of career is required to make all follow up in person appointments, all EEGs, all 48 hr EEGs and all zoom appointments where your child must be present in home with you, (so out of school for appointment). I left the Pulmonology office extremely disappointed and upset with how my daughter and I were treated. From the moment we checked in, the experience was uncomfortable. The man at the front desk was unfriendly and made me feel unwelcome. The nurse who took my daughter back for vitals was kind and compassionate — she was the only positive part of the visit. Check in at lobby computers. but you also need to register when you enter any office!! Even though security would say" your all set!" .
