I had an incredibly frustrating experience. I went to the orthopedic urgent care at 10 Centennial Drive in Peabody, assuming that because it was an urgent clinic, it accepted walk-ins. I was told the walk-in clinic was down the street, so I took my 2-year-old there, only to be told they couldn’t see patients under 5 and that I needed to go back to Centennial Drive because they had pediatric appointments available.
