This is the best hospital my son could have received care at. The medical staff made sure that all of his questions and concerns were addressed, as well as mine and my husband’s, and all without speaking down to us. If we mentioned being nervous about a procedure, they slowed down and explained it again while empathizing and sharing personal anecdotes of their own experiences.
