The wait, check in and services are the best. It seems always fast for us. Everything went well and the doctors are nice and patient with us.

Everything was wonderful!! Expect the wait from the emergency room to an actual room!! It took 3 hours to get out of the ER into a room!! Staff was very good!! We appreciate all of them!

Children's hospital Colorado has been caring for my son for almost a year as of today, and they take excellent care of him. They are great about explaining what is going on and why, quick and thorough to answer questions for me and my son, and very attentive to any of his preferences and specific needs. On top of that, any concerns or struggles we may have, the team is ready and willing to work through with us and find a solution. I feel like they have a stellar reputation because they are the experts in their fields. But, they really won my daughter and I over with the warmth and kindness they show. They sat with us for close to an hour, listening and answering questions in ways she and I could understand. They didn’t discount her experience and even explained why she was correct in the way she was feeling. We didn’t feel rushed and we actually met with a few people are there to make sure we got what we came for.
