I’ve been here twice with two differs kids. I won’t be back this is my last time. My son has RSV and they make me feel unheard and dismissed anytime I say anything. I could go on. The last time I was here with my other son I felt the same way. I’d give zero stars if I could. Nurses aren’t caring or compassionate. They test things out when I’m “not here” did they really? Or is that an excuse to hold us longer for money? I don’t know I’m over it.

I can't simply express how much this hospital did for my daughter. We finally made it to a room around 2am and they made sure my daughter was as comfortable as she could be. Delaney was our nurse for the first and second night and her care was beyond exceptional. Dr Nguyan and Dr Millien were my daughter's Physicians who are simply outstanding with children. Macy was the nurse for the days and she was so attentive to my daughter needs and had a great attitude. Ncuti was our nurse for the last night and she was so caring. Hug... read more

I had an excellent OB; however, she was not the provider who actually delivered my baby. My main concern was with the nursing staff. Unfortunately, most of the nurses appeared incompetent, disengaged, and at times rude, as if they did not want to be there. There was only one nurse who was truly kind, supportive, and helpful during my experience. Because of the overall lack of professionalism from the nursing staff, I would recommend others consider delivering elsewhere.
