Bad dealing with staff regarding a donation. Spoke to 3 different people, including manager, regarding items donated without my consent. Each person I spoke with was rude & and completely disrespectful. All I wanted to do was get a my 2 treasured items back. A lot of children's clothing was donated so there was no reason to treat me badly since those items were my son's first toys. I feel sorry for anyone having dealings with this organization. I use that term loosely. No empathy=no donations or help from our family again.
