Do not let your child end up at this place!!! It is a total disgrace to any child. It needs to be shut down at all cost!. My son was there when the young man died of an overdose.He is still going thru therapy. Please do not let your child end up in this hell hole of a place!
My Grand- Son passed ( Jayden Brown) away at a facility operated by this place (Surry) on 1/29/2023. When trying to contact this place , they stopped answering phone calls from the family's even blocking there number, just know that was the Hispanic side of his family, just so y'all know , Jayden has his fathers side of the family ( African American ) that's not willing to let this slide ..., We need Answers ..., my name is Clarice Jackson and I'm Jayden's Grandmother and I will be in touch with my Lawyer...

It was OK I miss everyone there not much of the rules I was there a day and night I miss they guys Tim n Brayden but I'm kinda sad the child that got discharged over a anger attack
