Terrible admin and scheduling. Our first appt was cancelled two weeks ahead of time but we were told we needed to come in the following day (i.e. "told" not "asked.") -- That didn't work for us, so we rescheduled to this morning at 9am. I have multiple texts, voicemails, etc confirming the 9am time. At 8am, I get a text that the appt has been moved to 10:30am with no explanation, apology, or "request" -- just "your appt is at 10:30am."
We want to give a shout out to Michelle - at the Herndon office who went the extra mile to help our daughter with a situation that needed immediate attention. Even though it was a super busy Monday - she took the time to make sure we received what we needed. We are so grateful for her assistance and care!
