The doctors, nurses and receptionists are great. They're billing department is terrible. They don't know how to deal with insurance issues and then argue with the patient or in this case the patients mother. If your child has to insurance becareful they do not know how to handle it. This is just a billing dept issue. The rest of the treatment was fantastic. Just be prepared to be harassed and treated as if you have done something wrong when you haven't
The older receptionist at the front desk has a horrible attitude! Everyone in that place has an attitude problem that needs changing. It's super small and there is no bathroom so god forbid your child needs a diaper change! The wait time is super long as well and that's even if you arrive 10 minutes before your appointment time.
