Unfortunately, our experience at Central Oregon Children’s Heart Health was disappointing. The building felt very outdated and not particularly clean, which didn’t give the best first impression. The doctor was over 30 minutes late with no communication or apology. During my ultrasound, there was no monitor available for me to see the baby, which felt really impersonal and disappointing—especially since there was a loud, distracting TV on in the room instead. Our son was able to see the same Dr. from when he was 4years old today. Very caring and excellent bedside manner.
Dr. Tajchman and her staff are amazing. Highly recommend. So glad we have this specialty care available for kids in Central Oregon!
