This was our second time seeing Dr Lim and we officially graduated. Dr Lim was extremely personable, kind and detail oriented during our visits. She spent one on one time with my 4 year old while managing our infant and even sat down with my husband and explained our reasoning for follow ups. She’s incredibly kind and passionate. Couldn’t recommend enough.
Billing department was completely unprofessional with us. Be sure and watch your statements for billing and be certain that the details on your billing statement are correct.
Dr. Lim and her team of medical professionals have provided myself and my family with nothing short of exceptional care. It's difficult to place into words how supportive and compassionate they all are. Thank you.
Unfortunately, our experience at Central Oregon Children’s Heart Health was disappointing. The building felt very outdated and not particularly clean, which didn’t give the best first impression. The doctor was over 30 minutes late with no communication or apology. During my ultrasound, there was no monitor available for me to see the baby, which felt really impersonal and disappointing—especially since there was a loud, distracting TV on in the room instead.
