If you want a “back to the USSR” experience — rigid, indifferent, bureaucratic, outdated, and rude — this is the place. Dr. Lelchuk himself is a good physician. My children have seen him, and medically I have no complaints about him. The problem is the practice. My child depends on a prescribed medication to function properly. Я обратилась в клинику Children’s Healthcare Ltd, чтобы показать своего сына. К сожалению, во время приёма медработник Manijeh Ghafouri осматривавшая моего сына, неожиданно толкнула меня за голову. Я была в шоке от такого поведения — это было крайне непрофессионально и совершенно недопустимо. Как мать, я ожидаю уважительного и безопасного отношения, но эта ситуация заставила меня почувствовать себя уязвлённой и небезопасно. Ставлю 5 зірок цій лікарні,хороші лікарі,завжди швидко і якісно проходять всі огляди, трошки неприємна дівчина на рецепції сидить Олександра здається звати,хамським тоном говорить,так ніби я до неї додому прийшла і шось вимагаю але це людський фактор,лікарня в загальному суперова!
