First time at Urology with my first born. We usually head over to children’s dallas and when I say chaos from entry to exit i mean it. I was very overwhelmed before appointment i thought we were going to be there for hrs to be seen, wait time and go but thankfully we were in and out in less than 40 min!! Staff is very friendly, attentive and when my son was seen he got very comfortable, we were answered on all questions we had. Very great experience 100/100 Thank you for a very wonderful experience.
This was not a visit my daughter or I were looking forward to. But we were cared for well! The NP did a great job talking through the issues with my daughter on her level and made her feel comfortable to open up, and discuss it further. We left with a good action plan and plan to follow-up in 6 weeks or so.
Praise Jesus for such a sweet team of staff/doctors at Children’s Hospital. Thankful for patient staff and my kids were welcomed with coloring books & bracelets along with the local park to get wiggles out before heading back home. Thank you Children’s hospital for such a nice memorable visit.
