Do not waste your time or your child’s time going here.The therapist my son had needs help herself.This place is not long term care that if improvement is not seen your child will be dropped from their program.Even though they do not do anything extra special to help your child that anyone can do themselves.
The receptionist was beyond rude and short with me even just trying to get information on speech therapy. Before I could even ask a question she was cutting me off and asking who my referral was from, clacking her keyboard angrily, and snarkily told me they are on a 9-12month waitlist. No thanks. Even if the wait was 1 month I would rather drive to Dallas than see this ray of sunshine everyday.
Attempted to get my son in for an appointment and was told it would be a 3-4 month wait. That's very unreasonable and a delay in patient care.
We come here for speech therapy. We love the staff and they are doing an excellent job. Our therapist is Abby and we absolutely adore her. We wouldn't dream of going anywhere else. If you're looking for a speech therapist, there is no better place!
