Children’s Health Pulmonary Care Specialists in Plano has been a wonderful experience for us. The staff is very helpful and does a great job with scheduling and managing medications. Everything is handled smoothly, which makes visits much easier. We see Dr. Copenhaver, and he is truly amazing. He’s kind, funny, and always knows the right medication to prescribe. Dr. Copenhaver is an amazing doctor! He truly knows how to connect with children and make them feel comfortable in each visit. He is such a kind person and cares for his patients! I will say every visit has at least a 30 minute wait, and with toddlers that can be a pain. But overall it’s so worth it!

Not the best bed side manner and wanted to charge me $55 for my appointment going 15 minutes over like the doctor does not know the amount of time it takes to see a patient (note I was 30 minutes early) and that’s my fault and paid over $300 out of pocket to see such a great specialist. That’s just greedy and we didn’t solve anything $780 later.

Warning for all parents don’t take the word of the staff like they are professional and know what they are doing!!!! I haven’t had the opportunity to meet the doctors yet. But I was shocked with the unprofessional stuff who handle the scheduling, they have been toying me around for two months trying to schedule an appointment for my daughter, after a very long process between them and My PCP and my insurance I found out that the person who started me on this process didn’t know what she was talking about!!!
