The therapists our son worked with were super friendly and helpful! The staff that handle insurance need proper training. They miscommunicated insurance limits and stated on multiple occasions that we could do all 3 therapy sessions in one day and it only count once against our 30 annual limit. My wife and son went almost every Thursday at 9am - 10am, 1pm - 2pm and 3pm - 4pm so we could get the best care for our son while still managing the insurance limit. Realmente todo el personal es muy amable y eficiente pero doy estrellas porque hirieron los sentimientos de mi niña aplicamos para 1 bicicleta terapeutica. Se sobre entiende que no es nada seguro que la bas a obtener. Sinembargo nunca nos dieron una respuesta la espera fue larga así que cuando nos quitaron a la terapeuta Deandra que fue quien sometió la aplicación nos quedamos con Ms Alison después de que ya habíamos preguntado a Ms Deandra ella nos decía que siguiéramos esperando . We take our son here who's wheelchair bound and he gets such great help from several of the therapist here. The front desk crew is awesome and cheerful and the PT & OT are fantastic.
