Ridiculous how much they made me wait with 2 toddlers, my appointment was at 4:30pm, I rushed home to pickup my kids, showed up to the dentist on time and it was 5:20pm almost 1 hr waiting with toddlers being inpatient when they tell me that is was still going to take time if I preferred to reschedule!.. wow after they wasted my time and pretty much my day. Very unprofessional!.
Horrible experience. My child is autistic. They were rough on him. Did not diligent. My son was in a lot of pain and they just continue like if they we're working on an object. I Made a complaint but they did nothing about it. Not Even an apologize. Rude and cruel people work there. Also they charge me 50dllr fee when they cancel my appointment. Don't go there.
Dr. Kim and Lisa were great! My 6 year old had to get his first filling and they were amazing with him. They walked both him and i through it and I’m sure if he ever needs another filling (hopefully not) he will be fine! Thank you ladies!!!
