We were referred here because my daughter's glasses were giving her 20/20 reading at a distance but she was having issues reading up close. It took 6 months to get seen, despite describing the issue multiple times they just went through the routines of a regular eye exam at a distance, and after explaining it again they recommended dilating her eyes to check it. If I could do no stars I would… watch out, they do not cover vision plans. Meaning if your child needs glasses that visit will not be covered. And, by the way… they won’t tell you this at your visit, they will collect a co-pay but not explain that you will be getting a $400 bill cause now your child needs glasses and that goes under a different plan. Billing fraud anyone???
I will NEVER recommend this place. I took my daughter to update her prescription. I told them I did not want her eyes dilated due to her having issues the last time she had them done. These people bullied us into it. Right afyer the drops were forcefully put into her eyes she fainted. I had to get her out of the ecam chair onto the ground. The eye dr finally showed up and assisted with varing for her until medics arrived.
