Can't get a problem visit until 7 months from now. Ridiculous, what if it's serious and something happens?
With all the negative reviews at this location within the last year.. how is the office still open? Genuinely asking
We were referred here because my daughter's glasses were giving her 20/20 reading at a distance but she was having issues reading up close. It took 6 months to get seen, despite describing the issue multiple times they just went through the routines of a regular eye exam at a distance, and after explaining it again they recommended dilating her eyes to check it. If I could do no stars I would… watch out, they do not cover vision plans. Meaning if your child needs glasses that visit will not be covered. And, by the way… they won’t tell you this at your visit, they will collect a co-pay but not explain that you will be getting a $400 bill cause now your child needs glasses and that goes under a different plan. Billing fraud anyone???
