Worst place ever . So I went with my child 1 month ago no insurance.. paying with my debit card. 3 weeks later they send me a letter that I own them another 21 $ . I called them, they told me we missed a code or something and u need to pay . So dont trust ur bill folks because u will get home some additional charge to pay .Gl to everyone and no I totally not recomend that place.

I want to start by saying that I have nothing negative to say about the physicians at this practice. My concern is specifically with the billing department. The front desk staff appear to simply follow a contractor rate sheet provided to them, without verifying account details. For nearly a year, I was charged and paid toward a deductible without ever being informed that I had a credit on my account. At no point was a refund issued or was I notified of the overpayment. Sweet staff! The actual dr’s rush your visit though, and you answer 100 questions for none of your responses to be addressed unless you bring it up yourself. What’s the point of the questionnaire if it’s not being acknowledged?

This is now our office of preference since it opened. From the front office staff, audiologist, PA’s that we’ve seen for hearing, I’m quite impressed with the professionalism, thoroughness and accommodations the office has provided. We’ve always been pleased with CENTA but feel that the Winter Garden location is a level up! Thank you and keep up the great bar that you’ve set!!
