I’m not usually one to write reviews, but the front desk girl was absolutely inappropriate. When I brought my child in, the first thing that struck me was the smell of chicken wings. I understand that we need to eat, but for a clean environment, is that really acceptable? Her nasty attitude was the final straw. I did appreciate the patient care provided by the other nurses for my child and me.

IF YOU WANT TO BE TREATED POORLY, THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO. My experience with the front desk was absolutely terrible. The lack of empathy, courtesy, and basic professionalism is shocking. They make you feel as though they are doing you a favor by helping you, when the bare minimum anyone should expect is to be treated with respect. On top of the extremely unpleasant attitude, getting anyone to answer the phone is nearly impossible. I highly recommend CENTA, especially the amazing staff at their Winter Garden location. Dr. Kosko was absolutely wonderful with my 6-year-old son. He is the kind of doctor who genuinely cares about his patients and takes the time to provide individualized care based on each person’s specific needs. Everyone made us feel valued, supported, and cared for. We never felt like just another number in a specialist’s office. Today was my first day as a new patient, we were greeted by the nice young lady in the front desk at the Winter Garden location. There was an incident while the young lady in the front desk was checking us in, another staff member approached her cursing and waiving her hands in her face and the young lady continued to ignore the situation and checked us in.
