My son was scheduled for a 5pm appt yesterday. When I drove by it looked like nobody was there so I called..no answer. Left a message with no response so I called again & no answer, no out of office or closed message on the voicemail. Then I received a ‘reminder’ email of his appt @ 6:30pm. This also happened back in July. Original appt was scheduled for 3pm..got an email with a 6:00pm time on it. (Closed when we showed up then too). Weird how you send out reminder emails with a time when the office is closed for the day.
Won’t see my kid bcus of a missed appointment. My kid has been going there since a toddler. Shame. They said look for a new doctor…

They will schedule something then call the day before to reschedule because of “lack of staffing”. Very inconvenient.
The worst place to take your children doctor is very rude make lies up about kids doesn't really like you going in the back with your children and gets mad and frustrated when you ask him questions
