I'm giving 3 stars Because The care is 5 stars but the receptionist is horrendous. She is incredibly rude. Bring a book because if you don't you child will have to spend the time in reception area hearing how gross Conway is and how their Conway families are the worse and grossest, (which as an adult I get it, but for kids its an odd thing to over hear amd it wasn't over hear, she loudly basically declared how gross Conway was. 5 stars for care Zero stars for the reception leader ( and she very clearly was the leader the oth... read more
Amazing. I honestly cannot say enough good things about Dr John and Shanyce. My daughter had her first fillings done yesterday and it was a first for us both. I was expecting to be there for hours. In 15 minutes they were done. My daughter was so nervous and they were able to put her completely at ease. Still, my mind is blown by how quickly they were able to work. They are a well oiled machine but have so much warmth and care. Grateful for Dr John and Shanyce. 100% recommend them.

this is an amazing place to bring your kiddos for a dentist. So kind patient and absolutely wonderful at making the whole experience a positive interaction with no trauma at all. My daughter had two fillings and sealants done didn’t have any pain or discomfort. I’ve also to my eldest who is severely autistic and non verbal and even though they couldn’t complete the work at no fault of their own. (She needs to be sedated) they still were kind patient tried their absolute hardest and got me the referral I need to get her work ... read more
This dentist office is the best one in the area when it comes to childrens dentistry. My son felt very comfortable and at home there while getting his teeth fixed. Amazing staff and amazing dentist. Highly recommend if you have children in the valley.
