I have been coming here since 2009. Today I was a minute late past the office policy time allowance. Keep in mind I traveled over an hour to come today. They would not see my daughter for the minute late. They did me a favor because I will take her to a dentist closer to me. The dentist is better and more qualified!
Everything has gone down hill since covid,lack of communication and prevention. My kids had thier teeth cleaned and I can clearly still see plaque on teeth,whats the point? And prolonging prevention is going to make things worse in the long run. Not happy
I never received a callback regarding my son's appointment, and when I inquired about the lack of communication, I was not provided with a clear explanation.

They got us in last minute when we needed dental care on a trip and did a great job. My daughter was so relaxed and was calm during the whole procedure. She hasn't had any problems with her teeth since so we're happy with the results.
