they never answer the phone to set appointments, and they always moving the ortho. My daughter has had braces on her teeth for 4years, who does that?

If I can give a 0 star I would. I am so upset my son had an appointment 1/11/2024 @3pm. I went to the location for his appointment and business was shut down and I didn't get a call or email with any new locations. Now my son is missing his treatment. I will call the better BBB to make a complaint. The worst and who ever own this company need to be behind bar and and license needs to revoked
This second time you guys set me appointment not opening that not cool or fair I miss day of work not open online say 9 am appointment 9 am y’all still not open yet what’s going on
