I hate that I even have to give one star! Worst pediatric dentists I’ve ever taken my child to. My daughter is 8yrs old and suffers from autism, ptsd and adhd. She was tired from school and had a bit of anxiety. They totally refused nitrous and when I asked them to pretend to put numbing jelly on my finger so I could put it in my mouth, to show her it’s not a big deal, the dentist refused!! Extremely poor service and poor information. I came to this clinic last month and was told I had to come back in mid-September to get an appointment for November. When I got there, they told me I had to call in October and that they couldn't do anything. It's unbelievable!

I went in and took my kiddo for a filing. Went to check in the one lady just keeps saying well dad was gonna bring him dad was gonna bring etc etc after me stating multiple times dad had to work that's why I'm here. That's not the point the point is that my child made it to his appt it does not matter if it was me or dad he was there I was there so just let me check my child in and do his appt. Everyone here is always so friendly and my daughter has never complained of them hurting her even when they had to pull a tooth. Unlike another dentist in town! She gets very good care here.
