I took my 4 year old and 1 year old, wonderful ladies that took care of the kids, nice fish tank also in the waiting room.
Cancelled appointment without letting us know. Time is taken off from school and work for nothing.
I phoned them 3 times to make sure our appointment is confirmed, before booking time off work and the people that I spoke with over the phone said yes, it is confirmed. Only to find out at the clinic on the day of our appointment that we are not on the schedule for the day. This happened a month ago. So, if a patient misses an appointment be charged a fee for it, can we do the same to these offices? Wouldn't it be fair?
