I am so impressed and grateful for this place. We don’t have children, but our nephew is in from Iceland and two of the elastics that hold his brackets for his braces on, came off. I called later in the day on Tuesday, and they asked for an email with pictures to ensure it was the same products they use. We received a response early Wednesday morning, and they told us they would squeeze him in any time Wednesday except over lunch. They were great with him, fixed him all up, and did it free of charge. I took my 4 year old and 1 year old, wonderful ladies that took care of the kids, nice fish tank also in the waiting room.
Cancelled appointment without letting us know. Time is taken off from school and work for nothing.
I phoned them 3 times to make sure our appointment is confirmed, before booking time off work and the people that I spoke with over the phone said yes, it is confirmed. Only to find out at the clinic on the day of our appointment that we are not on the schedule for the day. This happened a month ago. So, if a patient misses an appointment be charged a fee for it, can we do the same to these offices? Wouldn't it be fair?
