The manager and one staff member doing x-rays need proper customer service training. After my family's experience today I'm not sure I'll be coming back. When you're paying for a service the customer shouldn't be getting disrespected by the providers. The extra staff hovering around is also an insult simply because after being disrespected I matched the energy. Do better CDW!
Terrible experience after years of loyalty We’ve been going to this dental clinic for 8 years, every 6 months, first with our older daughter and then with our younger one. I’m talking only about the hygienists here — we actually like our dentist. But every visit, our kids get a different hygienist, and each one does the cleaning differently, meaning most of them don’t do it properly at all. I am so impressed and grateful for this place. We don’t have children, but our nephew is in from Iceland and two of the elastics that hold his brackets for his braces on, came off. I called later in the day on Tuesday, and they asked for an email with pictures to ensure it was the same products they use. We received a response early Wednesday morning, and they told us they would squeeze him in any time Wednesday except over lunch. They were great with him, fixed him all up, and did it free of charge. I took my 4 year old and 1 year old, wonderful ladies that took care of the kids, nice fish tank also in the waiting room.
