My daughter had dental surgery here a few months back. There is poor communication between the dental offices and the surgery center even though they are the same company. The dentist recommended the surgery center even though most of the patients won’t be covered through medical insurance. Finally- a few months later, my medical insurance did pay on the claim and I called the office for reimbursement however, every time you call the office you are transferred to a voicemail or a call center which is incapable of helping. Fabulous place Fabulous people Fabulous experience DROP THE MIC
Let me start by saying the staff was so caring and made my 4 year old child feel so comfortable including myself and husband. Gave him Spider-Man juice as they call it to calm him to make separation from myself and husband easier and take away his anxiety the nurses all came in and saw us prior to surgery including the anesthesiologist explained everything. I highly recommended them. Dr Jenna is the sweetest.
I had a very bad experience with this place I will not be bringing my child back there
