Took my son who has autism a couple years ago. It was like an alien abduction. Pure torture for him and me. Since then I’ve found real pediatric dentists with heart.

The staff is rude and inconsiderate of patient’s time. They called us and asked us to come in an hour early because of a cancellation. We came and sat for 45 minutes before being seen. First nurse told me she didn’t know it because they changed the password. Then for some reason the next nurse lied to me about having WiFi even though I showed them their network and the name with guest. They are very short with you. Not a single positive thing to say about them.

Very poor service. We made appointments for 2 kids, one at 7:30 and one at 8:30. Nobody communicated how the new check in process would go. Had to wait in the car and send our child in, alone, because we couldn't wait in the waiting room with our other child. The person that took our appointment was rude and short with us, and didn't communicate any of the COVID restrictions. (Not upset at the COVID restrictions at all. I’ve had nothing but fantastic experiences at this dentist. Both my sons have gone ( ages 3 & 7) we have been several times! The front desk employees are very friendly and the hygienists/ dentists are great with my kids. Highly recommended for children that need a regular check up or any dental work done.
