Horrible..... No one answers the phone no one returns calls .... They called and cancelled my grandsons appointment and said they'd call back to reschedule we got no call left messages and no answer it's been close to a month this is absolutely uncalled for and unprofessional parents get judged when their children have a cavity but yet where's that same energy in return to do your no job as their dentist these children deserve better health care I have been on hold for over 20 minutes to speak to someone and no one comes on ... read more
I was very unhappy the way treated my children They were not patient enough and they told me that we need to reschedule the appointment. I am hoping that next time I go, they will take care of it and they need to be patient with the children and make sure that the children feel comfortable.
Everyone is friendly and caring, makes visiting the dentist for young children a good experience! We have been going here for a few years now and the staff have always been excellent.
