It was easy to get an appointment. I took my daughter who is 19 months to her first appointment and they were wonderful. My daughter did great due to how comfortable and personable the people were.

As a mother, I try to be responsible and keep my son’s appointments every six months. But it becomes impossible when the office cancels the appointment and never calls me back to reschedule. I always have to call again, and then they offer dates six months or even a year later. This makes it extremely difficult to keep up with my son’s care. The office is often closed, and lately the service has not been reliable at all.

One word of advice. If you know you are behind and do not have enough help it would be courteous to let the patient know so they can decide if they want to wait or reschedule. Waiting 50 minutes to be seen is excessive. My child was missing school, I was missing work, and I had to cancel another appointment. I asked how long and each time their response was they will be with your shorty. If they would have let me know they are down a dentist I could have rescheduled.
