Edited review: the first time we went was amazing. The next 4 times we have been there are as followed: Some of the staff would be more suitable to be working with adults. My son hated going there because the one lady was so rude and we seemed to always get her. They canceled appointments multiple times due to the dentist not being in at that specific time. So thankful we have found another dentist in Lancaster county and do not have to return. They also do not have seats equipped to sit a child. My son would be uncomfortabl... read more

Waited for a while, talking about they only have 1 doctor working. This is not the first time. Always under staffed and will try to cancel your appointment for another time.

At first I was happy to find a dental office that accepts my son's Medicaid insurance. However, I was told that he needed to go to a General Dentist office for for 2 root canals and numerous cavities. I was told he should be seen sooner rather than later. I was able to find a General Dentist that accepts Medicaid insurance in a few days from being seen by this office. That Dentist did not have a good thing to say about Children's Dental clinic.
