Office staff is rude. I was 7 minutes late for an appointment because of an accident on 322 and they turned me away because it was the last appointment for the afternoon and they wanted to go home. Receptionist said we only take people about 5 minutes late it’s our policy. I tried to call but they use a call center to handle all calls and I was unable to get thru.
