This was our son’s first dentist visit and the team and doctor made him feel comfortable every step of the way.
My four year old had a great experience with the dentist, hygienist, and xray tech. They were gentle and patient with him when he needed breaks. They had fun toys to entertain while waiting, but we didn’t wait long as they were very punctual.
This office uses low dental ratings to scare parents into paying for extra procedures and cleanings. Other dentists have never found these issues with my kids. Do not fall into their trap; they look for problems just to charge you more.
Very disappointing the ladies were vary rude and they were just kicking us out when I was just trying to accompany my granddaughter during her cleaning when I’m not going to leave because she’s only 4 years old . It does not matter if there are good doctors if there is bad service with the rest of the staff and makes you feel uncomfortable and not welcomed .
We had an amazing experience at Children’s Dental Centre! From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel welcome, and everyone was so kind, patient, and professional. As a parent, trust is everything when it comes to my children, and I don’t trust just anyone with their dental care.
