I've only been twice but seems like a great dental clinic, front staff and hygenists are veryfriendly and Dr Maula has been great, she was very accommodating and supportive with my 2 year old daughter who was very frightened and upset throughout the lip-tie laser procedure. Made sure I understood next steps and took the time to answer my questions.
Been seeing dr Meier for years and have never had an issue once. But now with this new dentist taking over our first experience wasn’t the greatest with difficulty understanding her and then when we went back for a second appointment they went and pulled my sons teeth without consulting us first… upped our cost upfront almost $400… glad we already have a new dentist lined up after that first initial visit
The dentists are wonderful. Along with the hygienists and the one woman, I forgot her name, she has glasses, all wonderful. All ready to answer any questions or concerns you may have. If it were not for them we would definitely never be coming back because of the rude and hostile receptionist, Jeannette I think her name is, she is the older lady with grey/greying hair. My grandsons like going there n they like when the train goes by
By far my worst dental experience. Took calling them 3 times to get an appointment; surgery was scheduled at the wrong centre; pre authorizations were read wrong. The receptionist, Jeannette, is rude and unorganized. Hope the dentists know how terrible the front desk is treating their patients. Will not be back and hoping to have a better experience with another dentist. Waste of my time and money.
