My experience with Dr. Salam was excellent — she was patient and highly professional with my son, and her assistant Manal was helpful and kind throughout our visit. Unfortunately, my experience with the front desk/reception didn’t match that level. The coordination and organization need improvement, and the overall handling felt below what you’d expect from a clinic of this caliber. I hope the clinic’s management takes this into consideration so the overall experience matches the quality of Dr. Salam and her medical team.
Dr. Salwa & Dr. Ezza were amazing both ladies took extra time & made sure that my daughters felt calm during there extractions. These ladies deserve so much love also the staff. I have a 14 and 9 year old. Mrs. Salwa did my 14 yr old and Mrs. Ezza & Reham did my 9 yr old who was terrified but she talk her through it every step of the way. Made her feel good… they even song to her while doing the extraction. Talk about good customer service
Made an appointment over two months ago for both my kids and the lack of information passed along is unbelievable. They confirmed the appointment with me multiple times and yet did not see that the kids needed sedation approval from their doctor. The form was never discussed or presented to me so when I got there they told me they can’t take me.
