Extremely poor service, how can healthcare business survive with these kind of front desk? Why would a good doctor work at such facility?
We’ve been seeing this practice since my son was born (5 years ago) and now my daughter goes there as well. I recommend them to all my friends and family. We do have a select few doctors we see, and they are amazing. The nurses are great every time i call in or even message them through the app.
Very unprofessional practice. These doctors constantly mixed up my girls charts just because they are twins. They brush everything you say as a parent off and the office staff can be quite rude.
Been bringing my kids here since they were born, great staff and doctors.
