Anytime I call " my guys" for an appointment. They are all spot on. I have 6 grandchildren i bring here. Shannon is an amazing receptionist. She always make it possible to be seen that day. Jacquelyn and Jonathon are the 2 people i see. They listen to what I have to say. They ask all the kids what's going on and we go from there. We always leave with a plan. I feel very comfortable with my guys. Thank you for all that you do.
The staff have always been a pleasure to deal with and we always leave with a confident plan and diagnosis for our son!
They never answer the phone and hours are not correct. I showed up at 11:25 on a Thursday and they're not even open. This has happened on multiple random occasions
My son seen Dr. Wierzbicka today. She did not listen to what I had to say, was trying to rush the process. Told her my son did not need speech services when he has graduated from outside services and receiving the rest from the school. I wanted a therapist referral for my child. I explained the situation, and she said, "It could've been worse, If it even happened."
