Wonderful doctors and nurses. Horrid billing department. These Drs. Are some of the best, caring drs and nurses around. I love them. However I was forced to leave this clinic because of the billing office. They do not send itemized bills and often sent me bills later even after I had paid in full, demanding extra fifty to sixty dollars after a minor office call. Amazing pediatric care Dr. Horst and Dr. Anderson have offered the best care available to our daughter. Whether during a well baby checkup or during a stressful hospital visit, they are always sweet and kind and encouraging. They are respectful of parents and their choices and treat every child like a special human being. They are the best! Their nurses and office staff is outstanding as well, and very accomodating.
Nothing but the best care here... I first met Dr Horst and his staff under the very stressful circumstance of my son's premature birth. I have never been as impressed with a Dr's genuine concern as I have been with Dr Horst. He and his staff are all about making decisions with you not for you. They are always available by phone and even though we have to commute to keep him as our pediatrician I am more than willing to drive the 160 miles (RT) for the peace of mind I recieve.
