BE WARNED! Extremely concerning billing practices. This office collected money despite the family out-of-pocket maximum already being met. Even after acknowledging that the family maximum had been reached, staff insisted they would disregard it and base the charge on the individual’s deductible instead. This wasn’t simply a billing error that nobody noticed. The issue was specifically brought to their attention, and they still insisted on collecting the disputed amount.
