I was sent a bill from a COLLECTION AGENCY without even sending a bill from THEM for a service performed about A MONTH AGO. I love the staff at Nicklaus, but whomever is in charge of billing is absolute garbage.

This people should be investigated, they sent a charge to collections which was already paid in full a month ago very unprofessional I will complain with the bbb.
The experience with the doctors was excellent, the billing staff was horrendous. They are incompetent, arrogant and just make excuses for mismanagent of their payment methods. Keep all of your receipts otherwise they will threaten you will collection agencies. I do hope I don't have to go through this again.
