I am writing to express serious concerns about my experience with Attorney Rebecca Eckley in the context of juvenile dependency court. In my opinion, Ms. Ickley demonstrated a severe lack of diligence and integrity in her role. She consistently failed to follow up on critical issues, including visitation matters that directly affected the well-being of my child. Would not recommend them.
They told lies to keep me away from my mom. Told the judge I said things that I never said. They are helping cps steal kids from their family to make money. My baby brother died in foster care and they blamed it on my mom. My attorney from here helped cps lie so they wouldn't get in trouble for what they did to my baby brother. Then she helped them steal me over it. They do everything for money they don't care about kids.

These are the assigned attorneys working for CPS and the courts. You will never ever get anyone from this Law Firm to fight for the child's best interests only the best interests of the county. They do not object to anything in court so you have no appealable issues, they help County Council during hearings, they submit on the petition and the detention hearing report making everything that the social worker says is true and unappealable.
