Avoid this place at all costs. It’s dirty shoe box, and the doctor clearly doesn’t care. I had a very sick child and only needed a prescription — a simple test that would take 15 minutes. After waiting over an hour, the doctor decided to go on a break at 3 p.m., even though no other patients were there. It’s unbelievable that OHIP and taxpayers are funding this. The doctor, a middle-aged Caucasian man, I belive Dr Tavares left a sick child waiting just so he could have a sandwich. What difference would 20 more minutes have m... read more

Bad service, false appointments, indifference to the patient. I do not recommend it.
1. Parking is very challenging, there is only street curbside parking available 2. The main receptionist that wears a hijab is unprofessional; she has unfriendly energy and didn’t bother even smiling or greeting us properly. Does she realize she works at a paediatric clinic, not a funeral home? She needs to think about that 😒 I understand she may have had a bad day, but judging by other patients’ reviews, this is her usual behaviour. If you’re not happy working somewhere, find another job.
